Students and employers joined the discussion of educational programs at the IEM
The International Academy of Ecology and Medicine hosted a meeting of the working group on improving educational programs, which included higher education students, scientific and pedagogical workers and representatives of employers.
The purpose of the meeting was to improve the quality of education and update curricula in accordance with the needs of the modern labor market and international standards.
During the discussion, the participants expressed their proposals regarding the content of educational components, strengthening the practical training of students, introducing innovative teaching methods and expanding elective disciplines.
“We strive for curricula to be as close as possible to the real requirements of employers. It is the dialogue between students, teachers and representatives of the professional community that allows us to ensure the quality of education at the European level,” said the rector of the IAE, Professor Ivan Volodymyrovych Savytsky.
IAE will continue to actively develop partnerships with stakeholders and support the participation of students and employers in the processes of ensuring the quality of education that meets the requirements of ESG-2015 and the principles of student-centered learning.
