The procedure for settling in a dormitory
Check-in is from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
Step 1. For settlement, you need to check the availability of your full name according to the Order on Enrollment of Education Seekers of the relevant NNI.
Step 2. The student is issued a Direction to settle in a dormitory.
Step 3. A package of documents for settlement is submitted:
- Application for settlement;
- Settlement agreement (print) – 2 copies (provided in the dormitory);
- Warrant (dean’s office + dormitory);
- Copy of passport (1, 2 and 11 pages) or (ID card and extract);
- Copy of ITN;
- Photo card 3*4 – 1 pc;
- Envelope 11*16 (without stamp);
- Copies of documents providing benefits (if necessary).
Step 4. The head of the dormitory familiarizes the student with the “Rules of Internal Procedure in the Student Dormitory” and fire safety rules. The head of the dormitory issues a settlement order and draws up a residence contract with the students.
Step 5. The student pays for accommodation in the dormitory.
Step 6. Check-in to the room.
