Maintenance Department

The economic department is a structural division of the Private higher educational institution “International Academy of Ecology and Medicine” (hereinafter – the Academy), which is responsible for the economic support of the educational process, for maintaining educational, service, and household premises in an appropriate sanitary and hygienic condition.

The economic department is managed in its activities by:

The Constitution of Ukraine;
Charter of the Private Higher Educational Institution “International Academy of Ecology and Medicine”;
Rules of the internal work schedule of the Private higher educational institution “International Academy of Ecology and Medicine”;
These Provisions;
Collective agreement of the Private Higher Education Institution “International Academy of Ecology and Medicine”;
By orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
Rector’s orders concerning the activities of the economic department.

Organizes the living and recreation of employees and students in the educational buildings and the territory adjacent to them. Organizes measures for beautification, landscaping, and cleaning of the territory assigned to the educational buildings of the Academy, cleaning from garbage, fallen leaves, and snow; removal of solid household waste and garbage for processing.

The economic department is headed by a chief, who is appointed and dismissed by order of the rector with the approval of the vice-rector for organizational and legal issues of the Academy.

The structure and staff of the Department are in accordance with statutory requirements and are approved by the rector of the Academy. The Department organizes its activities in accordance with this Regulation. Employees of the Department act in accordance with the job instructions approved by the rector of the Academy.

The Academy’s administration creates conditions for the work and professional development of the Department’s employees, provides the appropriate material and technical base, including computers and modern office equipment, and provides the opportunity to use the Shetei network, and e-mail.
