The admission rules to receive higher education at IAEM in 2024

There are five main steps to enter International Academy of Ecology and Medicine

Step 1. How to apply

Students can apply online. After familiarization with the information regarding admission rules, study courses and tuition fee on the website of our Academy, you need to choose the course you will apply for. After this, you should send us the following documents via email (please note – the scan copies should be of good quality!):

• Scan copy of your International Passport or ID Card (minimum valid for one year);
• Scan copy of the Higher Secondary School Certificate and Supplement.

After reviewing of the above-mentioned documents within 2 working days, we will inform you about approval or refusal.

Step 2. How to get invitation letter

To get an invitation letter from the International Academy of Ecology and Medicine the following documents are required:

• Scan copy of your International Passport or ID Card (minimum valid for one year);
• Scan copy of the Higher Secondary School Certificate and Supplement;
• Consent to Personal data selection and processing.

These documents should be sent via email after receiving Admission Confirmation Letter from the International Academy of Ecology and Medicine. Please note – all the documents must be scanned properly and easily readable. Invitation letter is issued by the Ukrainian State Center for International Education affiliated to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, so it takes 5-7 working days.

Step 3. Student’s visa

After getting the invitation letter from International Academy of Ecology and Medicine, a student should contact the nearest Ukrainian Embassy in his/her country. Please, note – Visa Requirements are as follows:

• Filled Application form.
• Original International Passport (valid for one year minimum).
• Higher Secondary School Certificate (attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs or with Apostille stamp).
• Medical Certificate proving Physical and Mental Fitness (attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
• Original Invitation letter from International Academy of Ecology and Medicine.
• 2 Photos of Passport size (3.5 x 4.5).

Please note! International students who have undergone the procedure for legalizing educational documents in the country of their issuance can take part in the admission procedure remotely: (those, who have passed legalization at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country issuing the educational document; those, who have passed legalization at the consular department of the Ukrainian diplomatic institution abroad (consular legalization or apostille).

Step 4. Arrival

In case of face-to-face studying, after getting visa from Embassy or Consulate, students should inform us about their flight details (date and time of arrival). Our representative person will pick the student up from the airport to provide safe trip to the place of accommodation.

Step 5. Beginning of the classes

All the students must bring their full package of original documents and have a proper amount of money for the Full First year Expenses as well as Payment Receipt of accomplished first year expenses payment. Staff of International Students’ Department will complete the admission and registration process in 1-3 working days and after that students will be able to start their classes.
