IAEM teachers improve their professional competence during international internships

Professors of the International Academy of Ecology and Medicine — Ivan Savytsky, Tetyana Bylyk and Alla Vitsuk — successfully completed international scientific and pedagogical internships aimed at developing the professional skills of academic staff and improving educational programs in accordance with modern European standards.

Alla Vitsuk completed the internship “Modern Challenges to the Professional Competence of the Guarantee of Educational Program and Academic Staff”, organized by the International Academy S.P.E.K.T.R. (Slovenia) in cooperation with the Scientific-Technical Union of Chemotologists (Ukraine).

The program covered the topics of academic integrity, accreditation of educational programs, digital technologies in education, features of managing academic teams and implementing international grant projects.

Tetyana Bylyk and Ivan Savytskyi successfully completed the international internship “Modern challenges and instruments for improving professional activity of academic staff”, organized by Eskişehir Technical University and Kütahya Dumlupınar University (Turkey) with the support of Sustainable Aviation Research Society (SAES).

During the internship, the teachers improved their academic management skills, got acquainted with new approaches to ensuring the quality of education, preparing applications for Erasmus+ grant programs, and developing sustainable technologies in higher education.

All internships were held in an online format with a duration of 180 hours and included participation in international conferences, including “Energy Security – Pillars and Development Perspective”, ISATECH’22, TRANSBACTICA, SAKON, and others.

International internships of MAEM teachers contribute to the integration of the academy into the global educational space, improving the quality of teaching, and introducing innovative approaches into the educational process.
