Incoming Staff Mobility at International European University
The INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY OF ECOLOGY AND MEDICINE warmly welcomes teachers and administrative staff from partner institutions worldwide who wish to carry out teaching or training mobility within academic mobility programs.
We are open to cooperation with academic and non-academic staff who seek to exchange experience, develop partnerships and join our dynamic international community.
Mobility Opportunities
Guest teachers and staff can participate in the following activities:
- Teaching Mobility — conducting lectures, seminars, master classes, participation in joint educational events.
- Staff Training Mobility — participation in trainings, seminars, experience exchanges, internships in relevant MAEM departments (international department, QA, IT department, educational-scientific institutes, student support office, etc.).
- Job shadowing & study visits — familiarization visits for building partnerships and joint projects.
How to Apply
To organize mobility to MAEM, you need to:
We will help coordinate the teaching or training program and select the receiving department/faculty.
- Receive an official invitation from the host party
- Based on the agreed program, a Mobility Agreement (Teaching / Training) is drawn up.
- Sign Mobility Agreement and Grant Agreement at your institution and at MAEM.
- Arrive at MAEM and begin mobility according to agreed terms.

Application Deadlines
- For mobility in the fall semester — applications are accepted until May 15.
- For mobility in the spring semester — until November 15.
(Flexible deadlines are possible for short-term trainings and individual invitations.)
Additional Information
- Mobility Agreements can be sent in English.
- Duration of visits can range from 2 to 12 days (depending on the type of mobility).
- We help coordinate visa and organizational issues individually.
