Outgoing Staff Mobility

Staff and Faculty Mobility Abroad

Academic and administrative staff of MAEM have the opportunity to participate in professional development programs abroad.

Participation in academic mobility programs allows:

  • undergo internships or training at partner universities, companies or other relevant institutions;
  • exchange experience with colleagues from different countries;
  • improve pedagogical, managerial and intercultural competencies;
  • develop skills necessary for working in a mobile, multicultural and digital environment.

Programs contribute not only to international academic cooperation, but also to strengthening the professional community of teachers and administrative staff, helping them adapt to the dynamic challenges of modern society.

Who has the right to participate?

  • Academic staff
  • Research staff
  • Administrative staff
  • Financial staff
  • Technical staff

If you are a teacher or employee of the INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY OF ECOLOGY AND MEDICINE, you have the opportunity to undergo training or internship at a university, company or educational organization in another European country or at higher education institutions in other countries.

Forms of academic mobility for participants in academic mobility who are pedagogical, scientific-pedagogical, scientific, other employees of the University:

  • participation in joint educational and/or scientific projects (activity as part of a temporary project group formed for a certain period to achieve the goal and fulfill tasks of a specific educational or scientific project at the expense of a grant provided to partner institutions);
  • teaching;
  • internship;
  • scientific research;
  • scientific internship;
  • language internship;
  • professional development;
  • other forms (participation in seminars, conferences, presentations and publications within a specific specialty/field of knowledge, etc.) that do not contradict the legislation.

Scientific-pedagogical, scientific, pedagogical and other employees can implement the right to academic mobility for conducting professional activities, participation in joint educational and/or scientific projects in accordance with the concluded agreement on participation in the academic mobility program.

  • your main place of work is preserved for up to 2 years
  • Payment for work at the main place of work is preserved for up to six months, if it is not provided for by the academic mobility program.

PROCEDURE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE RIGHT TO ACADEMIC MOBILITY BY PARTICIPANTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

You have the right to:

  • continue working at MAEM after completion of the academic mobility program;
  • safe conditions for study, internship, practice, scientific research during academic mobility;
  • use of educational, scientific, production, cultural, sports base of the partner institution;
  • participation in scientific conferences, symposia, exhibitions, competitions;
  • publication of scientific research results, publication of research results;
  • obtaining an academic certificate or equivalent document with a list and results of studying educational components, number of credits and grades, as well as information about the evaluation system of the document based on the results of academic mobility according to the established sample at the partner institution;
  • obtaining consultative and technical support from the University or partner institution during stay abroad.

Your obligations:

  • timely provide necessary documents for participation in the academic mobility program;
  • arrive on time to the place of implementation of academic mobility;
  • comply with the terms of agreements concluded between the University, partner institution and participant;
  • during academic mobility comply with the legislation of the host country, internal regulations, charter and other regulatory documents of the partner institution;
  • fulfill the academic mobility study plan approved at the partner institution;
  • return on time to the workplace at the University after completion of the academic mobility program.
